OK. What could be better than this? The self-righteous paper of record over-promoting a seriously flawed Black reporter, after getting rid of several veteran national reporters in the past few months.
AND
Their stupid mea culpa that answers some questions but raises many others, such as what kind of a yutz is this Howell Raines guy, anyway? He of the "Augusta National is the quintessential news story" fame.
AND
An amazingly silent perp, who appears only sorry about getting caught, who has—it must be said—one of those annoyingly misspelled "Black" first names. (Ever hear of "Jason"—or maybe that was too close to the villain in the Friday the 13th series.)
AND
The obvious fear that went on in the effete liberal newsroom, in knowing that Jayson was an incompetent hack/plagiarist/liar/kiss-ass, but being afraid to say anything about it because someone might call you racist.
It's a right-winger's jackpot, I tell you!
